Do you worry all the time? Are you ready to change this?

If so, the first thing is to see what purpose worry has served in your life and what you can replace worry with!

I believe the best thing to replace worry is is a) trust and b) action (when needed)

Are you ready to try something new which may change your life? NO PRESSURE

I believe the purpose of constant anxiety is a way to be "prepared" for pain or surprise. When children develop anxiety, it is because over time they likely experienced painful traumatic experiences that felt so scary/painful, they learned to put up the shield of constant worry which is a lowgrade constant pain instead of an infrequent intense pain.

Do I want to have a low grade constant pain in order to dull the pain of an unlikely intense pain?

This is the root question to ask when you are truly ready to give up worrying.

A good way to really look at this is to think about yourself as both an adult and a child. Or your logical and emotional side. Think of the worst case scenario of life :

a) death

b) rejection from love, a career

c) homelessness,

d) car accident/other unintentional physical pain

d) someone yelling at you

e) someone attacking you/ other intentional physical pain

Why did I just create bullet points for those (ps the word bullet point sounds violent doesn't it?)

If you are faced with any painful scenario, what are some things you can have planned if they happen? Perhaps making a list with both your inner child and parent, can help you.

IN THE CASE OF a) death

 you just surrender

IN THE CASE OF b) rejection:

b) you cry a lot and take a deep breath and hug yourself

IN THE CASE OF c) homelessness

c) you move into a homeless shelter or spend your daytime at a free library looking up jobs/survival skills on the free internet

IN THE CASE OF d) unintentional accident/physical pain

d) you go to the hospital or doctor and remember that if you lean into your pain, it will make it better and remember there are amazing stories like that of Joe Dispenza where if you envision healing, you can heal from things in miracle fast time which sounds "unexplainable" to doctors.

IN THE CASE OF d) someone yelling at you

d) someone yells at you because they are scared/in pain/want to have a sense of "power" - their loud sound might be uncomfortable but it doesn't mean you have to listen to them or raise your voice - you can take a deep breath and express that you do not engage with others who are yelling; or walk away; or raise your voice back without any expectation.

IN THE CASE OF e)  someone attacking you/other physical pain

e) you can carry around mace/other forms of self defense - you can sign up for self-defense class and know what you will do - and you can yell for help - and/or run away. Worst case scenario, you sustain pain or death, and then you will figure it out from there.

Of course this list is not a "fool proof" method for coping but it is a simple fun exercise you can do (MAYBE IT ISN'T ACTUALLY THAT FUN BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT FUN)

as it's goal is to serve as your formula to replace worry with ("trust" in your ability to take "action" and/or if you are Spiritually-Minded, you can add "trust" to include the trust in a Higher Power that only offers you challenges to force you to grow and that death will only happen when it is actually supposed to happen)

This is a way for you to know that you can get through any "big pain" without having to constantly have a lowgrade pain of chronic worry to "keep you safe"

I no longer need chronic worry and this is a completely new world- but actually the same world, just seen with TRUTH instead of the ILLUSION OF CONSTANT THREAT!

This is a beautful safe world and anyone who tells you otherwise is living in their own fear bubble.

It's time to pop ours and come out into the real world; if you want to , of course!

I do and I am and I can tel you the view is great on the other side!

OOPS I RELAXED FOR A MOMENT AND WAS 'OFF GUARD' AND THEN DIED! JUST KIDDING! (but if I did, at least I have this fun post to remember!)

WORRY IS A FORM OF CONTROL BUT IT IS NOT ACTUALLY HELPFUL. WE JUST THINK IT IS!!!! TRUST AND SURRENDER TO OUR INNATE COPING SYSTEM AND REFLEXES IS THE HEALTHIER SAFER MORE RELAXING FUN LIFE CHOICE, IN MY OPINION!

Lastly, when we avoid feeling our pain/fear fully, it will stay in the body until we let it out. If we can remember that the "only way out (of pain) is through pain" then we can embrace the full richness and texture of our pain, and then it can leave.

This includes the pain/fear over loud noises which can make us startle/jump/scream if we are surprised. Don't go through life afraid of getting surprised. Trust if it happens, the pain you experience from a high volume will not penetrate your body and the surprise-fear energy will leave your body once you experience it fully. Let yourself yell when you are frightened and do not feel ashamed of looking childish. YOU ARE A FUNCTIONING HUMAN!

Trust yourself that you will come out the other side of feeling things fully! It is like a dark tunnel but the healthiest people are the ones willing to go in the dark and then come out the other side into the light, which is pure and not in anyone else's power but our own.

And LASTLY, if you have chronic anxiety, and you are committed to healing with no success, you might have high levels of heavy metals or parasites , which most doctors do not test for, but which have EXTREMELY powerful effects on our brain health.
